Law and constitutionalism in changing times
Abstract
The text seeks to demonstrate that the rule of law and submission of power to a fair legal system is the key humanistic democracy, hence, then, that the author's thesis is that law is being configured from constitutionalism, understood in its contemporary manifestation that distinguished by the direction and control of power to serve the person, individually and associated, at local, regional, national and international.
